This page will guide you through the process of registering as a provider company user on Assured.

1. Check the invitation email for user registration

The invitation email would be send from either the Assured office or the administrator of your company account.

Please check the email from noreply@assured.jp and click on the URL for registration in the email.

💡 The registration URL has an expiration date.

The URL will be valid for one week from the date of receiving the email.

Please be aware of the expiration date when you check your invitation email.

2. User Registration

After you access the registration URL, the user registration form will appear.

Assured provides the following methods for user registration:

2. Google Sign in

2.1 Fill out the "User registration form"

Please fill in the required fields, read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and then click the “Sign Up" button.

Please check the name of the company you have been invited to.

2.2 Sign up with "Google Sign In"

Please read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and then click the “Sign in with Google" button and follow the steps.

1. No need to fill in anything. Just click "Sign in with Google"
   
   💡 You may redirect to the google login page after you clicked "Sign in with Google" , if you have signed in with multiple google account on your browser. Please chose the same email account as the one on the user registration form.
2. Confirm your name. (Edit if you need to) And click "Sign Up"
   

💭 What if the registration form does not show up?
If the registration form does not appear when you access the URL, the invitation email may have expired. Please ask us to resend the invitation email from the Contact Us page.

In addition, if the URL in the email has a newline, the browser may not display properly due to the incomplete URL. Please make sure that the URL displayed on your browser is the correct URL.

If the screen keeps loading and does not display the contents, please try to reload your browser.

3. Now user registration is complete!

When user registration is complete, you will be automatically signed in to your account on Assured.
